Ponte Vedra High School Varsity Swim Team Award Ceremony Saturday, December 12, 2020 4:00pm to 6:00pm Ponte Vedra High School Football Stadium

All, The Ponte Vedra High School Varsity Swim Team Award Ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, December 12. Please read the below information carefully as it pertains to specific Covid guidelines we must follow:

Arrival - we need to stagger arrival into two time slots in order to prevent overcrowding at the 2 gate entries. The Girls Team and their families should arrive at 3:30. The Boys Team and their families should arrive at 3:45pm. Please note that no one will be allowed entry if they are not wearing a mask AND that temperature checks will be taken at the gates. Upon entrance into the stadium, please go to the check in table by the concessions stand.

Seating - Seating will be staggered in the stadium. Swimmers MUST sit with their families. There must be 2 empty seats in between families.

Ceremony - during the Ceremony, only the following people are allowed on the field: Coaches, Amanda Brodeur, Melissa Hancock, Suzanne Schwartz and Craig Czubati. The Swimmers and anyone receiving an award will be called to the field at a specific time during the Ceremony.

Photography - Craig Czubati will be our official photographer for our award ceremony. He will take photos during the ceremony and take a team photo of our Swimmers at the conclusion of the ceremony. Please note that masks need to be worn for this photo AND we ask that no family members go onto the field during this time.

A volunteer sign up email will go out shortly as we need volunteers to help make this ceremony a success.

Thank you ahead of time for your understanding in regards to the Covid guidelines we must follow. We will do our best to give the Swim Team the type of ceremony they deserve. We look forward to a fun night celebrating all of them!
