Ponte Vedra Sharks

Please complete the registration form before tryouts, by Friday August 7th. Checks are due before or on the FIRST day of practice. The fee for each swimmer/diver is $375.00** plus the cost of the team suit (ordered separately through Kiefer Aquatics - link below). 

Registration Fee: The $375.00** fee covers a team shirt, personalized cap, the pool fin for meet days and the estimated cost of running the team. You can choose your t-shirt size on the merchandise page of this registration.  

Swimsuits: This year Coach Kyle has decided to continue with a Nike swim suit with a return to the blue PV logo. The Team suit cost is $60 for girls and you can choose between a racer back suit and a diamond back suit. Boys have 2 options as well, the jammers are $50 and the brief is $45. Team Donations: When you register, there is an option to include a team donation.  Our team relies on donations to help cover the costs of food and snacks, traveling to away meets, pool equipment, and team events.  The donation levels are: 1) Friends of PV Swim & Dive --$200 donation (the family's name will be listed on the team website); 2) Silver Sponsor--$300 donation (the family's name will be listed on the team website and the banquet program); 3) Gold Sponsor--$500 donation (the family's name will be listed on the team website, the banquet program, and the heat sheet for home meets, in addition to recognition on the scoreboard and one complimentary banquet ticket).  In-kind donations: if you would prefer to donate directly and cover the cost of a team meal/event for a like-amount to the donation levels above, you will still receive the same recognitions as above. Payment is due before or on the FIRST day of practice for all athletes that make the Roster. Please pay by check, and send payment with your swimmer on the first day of practice.  Checks must be made payable to PVSBC for the total amount due - during registration, PLEASE note the total amount due on your registration form, including the cost of registration and your chosen donation level.

Athletic Clearance: Additionally, don't forget to submit the athletic clearance.  No student will be allowed to participate in open swim or tryouts without it, with NO EXCEPTIONS. Remember you will have to upload the physical form and course completion certificates.  You can find a link from the PVHS tab on our website, or in one of the information emails sent to you this summer.

**Note: PVHS Swim and Dive has a limited number of financial assistance scholarships available to cover registration fees for families in need.  Upon approval, the swimmer/diver is still required to pay for the cost of their swimsuit.
