Dear Swimmers and Parents,

We are thrilled to kick off the new High School Swim & Dive season with the Ponte Vedra Sharks! Whether you are returning or joining us for the first time, we look forward to an exciting and successful season ahead.

Key Information for the Start of the Season:

1. Tryout Information:
   • Date: August 13-15, 2024
   • Time: 6:30-8:30 AM
   • Location: Planet Swim Aquatics [300 Davis Park Rd, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081]
   • All swimmers must complete their Athletic Clearance before getting in the water. Please ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted.
2. Athletic Clearance:
   • No swimmer will be allowed in the water without completing Athletic Clearance. This is a crucial step to ensure everyone’s safety and eligibility to participate. Please make sure this is done prior to tryouts.
3. Team Registration:
   • Please register on our Swim Topia website as soon as possible. If you have any questions about Team Registration, please email Siobhan @ [email protected]
4. Team Announcement:
   • The team roster will be announced on Thursday, August 15. Keep an eye on your emails for the official list.
5. Mandatory Practice: Friday, August 16, 2024
   • Team Meeting [Swimmers Only]
   • Voting for Captains
   • Swimsuit Fitting
   • This day is crucial as we will have our first mandatory practice, swimsuit fitting, and an important team meeting where we will discuss season goals, expectations, and vote on team captains.
