Hello PV Families, I hope this email finds you well. Please read below on a few items we need to go over for Friday, August 16 and Saturday, August 17.

Friday, August 16:

• Mandatory Team Meeting @ 6:30 AM
• Voting for Team Captain’s @ 7:00 AM
• Team Suit Fitting 7:15 AM-8:00 AM or whenever your swimmer is finished trying on suits. 

Team Registration:

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Please use the link attached. Type your student athlete’s name, registration fee, and PVHS Swim & Dive in the description. Please Send us a screenshot of your PayPal receipt to [email protected]

If you don’t use PayPal, please bring a check tomorrow made out to PVSBC. 

Saturday, August 17:

• TEAM CAR WASH @ 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Location: Our Lady Star of The Sea [545 A1A N, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082]
• Arrive @ 10:50 AM
• If you are not going to be able to make the Car Wash, please send Coach Kyle an Email @ [email protected]
• Please bring a WATER BOTTLE!!
