Hello Parents and Swimmers, once again I want to congratulate all of our swimmers attending Regionals. Below you will find our Itinerary and room assignments for Monday & Tuesday. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Monday, October 28th

• 11:51 PM – After 3rd Period go to Senior Parking lot to meet the Bus
• 12:00 PM – Departure from Ponte Vedra High School (PVHS Senior Parking Lot)
• 2:00-3:00 PM – Swim practice at Dwight Hunter Pool.
• 4:00 PM – Arrive at the hotel and check-in.
• 4:00-6:00 PM – Downtime (rest, homework, or relaxation).
• 6:00 PM – Team dinner (@ Hotel).
• 7:00 PM – Team meeting after dinner (review meet strategies, goals, and team expectations).
• 9:30-10:00 PM – Lights out (ensure proper rest for competition).

Tuesday, October 29th

• 7:00 AM – Breakfast at the hotel.
• 7:30 AM – Leaving hotel for Dwight Hunter Pool.
• 7:50 AM – Arrive at the Pool
• 8:00-9:50 AM – Warm-up at pool.
• 10:00 AM-1:00 PM – Regional 3A Championships meet begins.
• 3:00-3:30 PM - Returning to PVHS (Senior Parking Lot)
