Hello PVHS Swim & Dive Families! This email includes time-sensitive information about Spirit Wear orders and athletic clearance.

We’re excited to kick off the Swim & Dive 2025 Spirit Wear Store! We're opening the link early to make sure your gear arrives in time for the start of the season. Since all items are custom-made and there are many choices, we need to allow time for orders to be processed and fulfilled.

The DEADLINE to place your order is midnight on July 7. https://bsgpvhsswim-dive25.itemorder.com/ The store offers a variety of styling for swimmers and for parents to show their support for the team. We have included many new options this year for Women and Men. An exciting Unisex apparel item is the Champion brand Collegiate Sweatshirt located under the TAB>MORE>Unisex. Other highlights include several options in dryland training shorts for both girls and boys, Champion brand sweatpants and additional footwear offerings with a UA deck/shower slide. Yes the custom PV swim & dive backpack is available and of course the comfy PJ pants. Shop under all the tabs so you can see the full range of merchandise. Many items are available in several PV High school colors so look closely at each item's detail page. Please do not delay in placing your orders. A second selling window would not get you the merchandise for in-season and we would then be competing with all other schools and teams for production time. Swimmers will be receiving a Swim & Dive 2025 team T-shirt as well as a PV swim & dive Mandatory Polo shirt this season to wear to school on meet days. So keep that in mind. The seniors will be contacting their teammates to arrange a time to try on polo shirt sizes prior to ordering. I am free to answer any questions you may have! Happy shopping and Go SHARKS! Also, it is now time to begin working on athletic clearances.  Please go to https://athleticclearance.com and provide the information and documents that are needed to clear your student to participate in swim and/or dive this fall. The documents you will need are listed below:

-Current Physical Signed and filled out by your student athlete's Pediatrician or Care Provider.  Only submit page 4.  Physical form attached. 
-Certificate of Completion: NFHS "Concussion in Sports"
-Certificate of Completion: NFHS "Heat Illness Prevention"
-Certificate of Completion: NFHS "Sudden Cardiac Arrest"

-Certificate of Completion: NFHS "Sportsmanship"

The 4 free online courses can be found at www.nfhslearn.com. Please complete all of the courses and download the completion certificates once finished to upload for athletic clearance. 

The PVHS swim and dive registration link will be communicated once registration opens, but please complete the athletic clearance ASAP. It can take time for it to be approved and Coach Kyle cannot allow your student athlete to participate in open swim or tryouts without this completed.
