Hi, Parents!
My name is Siobhan Cremin, and I am the parent manager for the Ponte Vedra High School Swim & Dive team. My daughter, Lily, is a rising senior on the team. We anticipate another exciting and fun season for our team! Please find below information about the season:
1. TEAM FEES. Fees are due at Friday's practice. Your swimmer is not allowed to participate in team practices until dues are paid. Please pay the total amount through the PayPal link (see attachment below). If paying through PayPal, please type your student athlete's name, Registration Fee, and PVHS Swim and Dive in the description. For example: Jane Doe, Registration Fee, PVHS Swim and Dive. This ensures the money is allocated to our program. If you pay through Paypal, please email your receipt to our treasurer Christy [email protected] so we can have it for our records. If you cannot use paypal you can give me a call on 904-310-8133.
***Please note we have scholarships available for athletes if these fees are a financial burden. Please reach out to Coach Kyle for assistance.
2. PV Athletic Department Fall Sports Fee. Each athlete is required to pay a $50 fee to the PV athletic department. Log on to School Pay ( www.schoolpay.com) and you will select “25/26 Fall Athletic Sports Fee” and add it to your cart. You will then select “SWIMMING” as your sport at checkout. SWIMMERS MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN A MEET UNTIL THIS FEE IS PAID
. 3. TEAM CAR WASH IS ON SATURDAY, AUGUST 16TH. This is a mandatory event and we expect all team members to participate. The car wash will run from 11.30 am - 2 pm at Smith Eye Associates 120 A1A N, Ponte Vedra Beach.We ask swimmers to be there at 11 am. We ask that kids bring used towels for rags and we will then donate them to the humane society on completion of the car wash. Please have your athlete wear a PV Swim & Dive t-shirt. If they are new to the team and don’t have one, please wear Sharks colors. We will have a team social event directly after with lunch provided at 231 Seagrove Drive, Nocatee.Can you please RSVP to my cell with your athlete's name and a yes/no.Let me know if they have any dietary restrictions.
4. Media Day, Sunday August 17. @ Planet Swim Aquatics. Team t-shirts will be given out on Friday morning. Please wear your 2025 team shirt to media day. We are trying a new approach with the goal of reducing the length of time each swimmer has to be at the pool on Sunday afternoon. We do have a very large team so this process does take time to allow each swimmer to get a great photo. Please be patient. These photos are used for social media, relay teams on social media, senior banners and yearbook photos so it is imperative that your swimmer shows up during their listed time on Sunday.
To help out parent volunteers and the photographer please be sure your swimmer arrives with black shorts and tennis shoes not crocs or beach shoes. We would prefer swimmers arrive with no bracelets, necklaces or watches. There will be mothers with small zip lock bags to take all jewelry to hold during the photo shoot.

5. Fins & Yard Signs. Please reach out if you want a Fin but did not order one on your registration. Cost is $25 per sign. All senior swimmers receive a fin complimentary from the team. If you would like to order a sign for your yard please use the following link. 6. Team Sponsorships.
7. Meet Schedule. Our meet schedule is posted on the PV swimtopia website. If you have a conflict with a team meet, I recommend you reach out to Coach Kyle ASAP. Team members are expected to attend every home meet. Our first meet will be on Saturday, August 23rd, and will be our intrasquad "Blue vs. Black" meet. This is a super fun day for the team and so make sure and wear your school colors! We will be sending out a sign-up genius to fill volunteer positions. Swim meets require a lot of help, and we ask that each family have one member plan to fulfill volunteer positions at meets as needed by the team. 8. Social Media. Follow us on social media! We will post season updates and accomplishments on Instagram (@pvhs_
swim) and Facebook (Ponte Vedra High School Swim & Dive Team). 9. Team Snap. As the season gets going, and often on meet days, we will send alerts about weather or volunteers needed. Email is slow so this year we are going to try team snap to quickly communicate logistics. This is currently a work in progress. I will reach out with more information as I have it.
