Friday, September 19:

Practice will be 7:00-8:30 AM [Mandatory] 

Saturday, September 20:

• Arrive at 6:50 AM
• Warmup: 7:00-7:30 AM [Lanes #11-14 — ONLY PV SHARKS]
• One-Way Sprints: 8:00-8:20 AM [Lanes #1-10 — OPEN TO ALL TEAMS]
• General Warmup: 8:00-8:30 AM [Lane #11-19 — OPEN TO ALL TEAMS]
• Meet Starts: 8:30 AM

TIMELINE

While the seeded timeline for Prelims will be sent Wednesday, we do expect the morning session to conclude by 12:30 pm, assuming all is on schedule.

FOOD DRIVE

There's more news about our Food Drive for the Homeless Coalition of St. John's County. In addition to the food and drink donations, the Coalition is accepting personal care items (deodorant, shampoo & conditioner, soap & body wash, feminine hygiene products). Have you created a plan to encourage each participant to donate at least one item? Thanks in advance for lending a hand to those in need!

VOLUNTEER TIMERS

Timing assignments by team are noted in another attachment. Every team is responsible for covering one lane, assigned to either Prelims or Finals, with host Nease covering a lane in both sessions. Please read through the document for more specifics on the assignments.

PARKING

No Parking allowed at Planet Swim for Prelims/Finals this weekend. Parking at Planet Swim will be for Officials & Coaches ONLY! All Parking will be at the follow sites PVHS, The Church or Davis Park.
